Our Workout room



Okay I have been trying to workout everyday, I have been doing very good! But I haven't lost anymore weight yet! =( Maybe next week! This week I have been so tired, the baby is keep me up, but I still need to workout! I love my little room in the back of my house, I can listen to my music and watch T.V. and you can't hear it in the rest of the house, it is great!!

You have to give it at least a month. After a month of going to the Gym I had finally lost a whole 2 pounds. You also should not do weights everyday. Do weights every other day and Cardio everyday. This is just what the Trainer had told me. Also watch you Carb intake and push the protein and dietary fibers If all else fails find a good plastic surgeon. LOL

I just got an elliptical so I just started today, and I'm on the horrible ride with you. As for the pictures in a row...download picasa from google (it's free) just google it and then download the program. The you import your pictures in, you can crop edit, whatever. But the two best parts are the collage (what the pictures in a line are) just select and pick collage), and then you can either blog that or up to four pictures at a time, and pick blog this. It automatically resizes everything for you and blogs it for you all you do is type in the words. Call me if you have questions I can explain it much better...(sorry if this made no sense). 987-4701
